2. Account Registration & Security

To purchase items or access order histories, you may register an account on our store. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you detect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately at darshanafashionjwellery@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion in circumstances involving suspect activity, false credentials, or breach of terms.

3. Pricing, Specifications & Product Information

We strive to display accurate descriptions, dimensions, weight specifications, base metal contents, and stone details for all necklaces, chokers, bangles, and sarees. However, minor variations (e.g., in color representation on different displays or weights of custom-carved details) are normal for artisan-crafted items.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. While we do our utmost to present precise pricing, if an item is listed at an incorrect rate due to a clerical mistake, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

4. Payments, Gateway Operations & COD Restrictions

All online payment transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (Razorpay).

• Orders will be processed only upon verification of successful payment confirmation from our gateway.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We operate on a prepaid-only model and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be fully paid online via our secure checkout gateway before processing and dispatch.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all checkout submissions.
• We do not store your credit card credentials, UPI details, or Netbanking passwords on our servers.

5. Insured Shipping & Delivery Policies

We offer Free Insured Shipping for all shipments across India. Shipping timelines fluctuate based on geographic locations:

• Orders are generally processed and packaged within 2–4 business days.
• Deliveries generally complete within 5–7 business days post-dispatch.
• Title and risk of damage pass to you upon delivery of the packages by our logistics partner. Please do not accept parcels that show signs of damage or tampering.

6. No Returns & Final Sale Policy

Due to the premium hand-crafted nature and customization of our heritage jewellery and designer silk sarees, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy. All sales are final once order packaging and dispatch have occurred.

Exemptions are only made under the following conditions:

• The item received is verified to be defective or physically damaged upon delivery.
• An incorrect item was dispatched due to shipping errors.
• In such rare cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt at our support email with an unboxing video and clear photographs. Verified claims will be eligible for a direct replacement of the same article or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website designs, layouts, graphics, images, logos, trademark symbols, page titles, text content, database dump catalogs, and scripts are the intellectual property of Darshana Fashion Jewellery. Any reproduction, distribution, scraping, or modification of these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Darshana Fashion Jewellery, its owners, managers, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, products, or checkout platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product in dispute.

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
